Who Am I?


Ms. Price is an actor, director, and theatre instructor.  She has studied with Playwrights Theatre of New York, School for Film and Television, American Globe Theatre, Royal Shakespeare Company, The Stratford Company, and The Moscow Art Theatre.  Caroline received her MFA in Acting from Wayne State University in 2009 with the Hilberry Repertory Company. Favorite roles included Romeo and Juliet (Juliet), As You Like It (Rosalind), Hamlet (Gertrude), Eurydice (Eurydice), Stage Beauty (Nell Gwynn), and Translations (Sarah).  After graduating she continued on at Wayne State as a vocal instructor and acting coach in their theatre department for the next two years.  While in Detroit, Caroline worked with Breathe Art Theatre, The Jewish Ensemble Theatre, The Abreact Theatre, and The Marquis Theatre.  She also had the pleasure of spending five consecutive summers at Greenfield Village, portraying Katherine Wright and Laura Ingalls Wilder.

From 2011-2014 Caroline was active in the Boston theater community. She worked with Boston Actors Theater, Fresh Ink Theater, Sugar Cereal Productions, Whistler in the Dark, Happy Medium Theater, and Bad Habit Productions. She was nominated for an IRNE award for Best Actress in a Drama for her work in Walt McGough's Priscilla Dreams the Answer (2011) and Paper City Phoenix (2013). 

Caroline can be seen in ABC Family's "The Makeover",  The Hallmark Channel's "Smooch", "Staying in Boston", and many web series and commercials. She is a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild.

From 2014-2016 Caroline served as Assistant Professor of Theatre at Jacksonville State University in Alabama and as Director of The Governor's School of Virginia's Theatre program at Radford University. 

Currently she resides in Cedar Rapids, IA and is the Head of Acting at Cornell College.

News

This season Caroline will be performing the role of Black Stache in "Peter and the Star Catcher" at City Circle Acting Company. She will be directing Cornell College's production of "Complete History of America Abridged" and will perform in their main stage production of "August Osage County".  Please stay tuned for further updates!
